Mrs. Fornia is a teacher at Carl Sandburg Elementary.  She has been a teacher for 9 years and she has been at Sandburg for 6 years. The college she went to was Western Washington University.  When she was younger she wanted to be a geologist.  Her favorite subject to teach is art. It is her favorite subject to teach because she likes to be creative and messy.  For fun she likes to play with her two daughters.  She also likes to take walks in the woods.  In her family she has husband, who is a kindergarten teacher and vice principal.  She also has two daughters, a cat, and a dog.  Her favorite insect is a butterfly.  She likes butterflies because they are beautiful.
