Mr. Antal is a teacher at Carl Sandburg Elementary. He teaches 5th grade. He has been a teacher for 23 years, ten years out of those 23 years he has been at Sandburg. He has also taught in Chicago and at 2 other schools in the district. His favorite thing to teach is writing because it is creative, and allows each person to tell their unique story. Some of the things he does for fun are he loves to play and listen to music, play chess, go camping, and laugh. He has two k ids and two cats.
