ICS results for FBLA State Leadership Conference are in:
The State Business Leadership Conference for FBLA was held in Spokane, WA from April 9 - 11.
Twenty six out of 46 members attended. Congratulations to all of them. They worked hard in order to compete and enjoyed some fabulous workshops while in attendance.
The chapter won first place for greatest percentage of members (19% of our eligible population are members) in our region. Our region spans from Bellevue to Marysville.
Calen Olesen, a sophomore, won 4th place in Business Law
Elena Good, a sophomore, won 5th in Business math and 2nd for Introduction to Business Communication
Stephanie Kim, a senior, won 4th place for Job Interview
Stephanie Kim, Laura Renfroe (junior) and Emily Chen (senior) won 5th place for Emerging Business Issues
Emily Chen, Lily Fisher (senior) and Surabhi Nirkhe (senior) won FIRST place for Global Business.
All first and second place finishes are eligible to compete in the National Conference in Anaheim, CA at the end of June. The fourth and fifth places get to go if winners ahead of them are unable to attend.
