Bowling-Mr. Greg Kimble
Bowling begins in late October and runs through January. The teams meet about three days per week and compete against neighboring schools.
Class Cabinets
Our Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Class governing bodies are called Cabinet. Cabinet meetings are held Tuesday mornings. Each year brings different responsibilities, but some activities include Homecoming, school t-shirt or sweatshirt design, class ring and graduation announcement designs, your senior prom and all kinds of other decisions regarding your graduating class. One important responsibility of a Class Cabinet is to raise money for their senior prom. Open to all.

Drama offers both a class and club. The club meets after school and members are involved in all facets of our drama productions at JHS.

Gaming-TBA -Mr. Sechin Tower

Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) -Tuesdays, during lunch, Mr. Peter Suruda & Dr. Catherine Grubin
The Juanita Gay Straight Alliance provides a safe atmosphere where all students can work together to enhance the inclusive and wonderful community at JHS. Projects are student generated in response to community need and current events. We have sponsored movie nights and guest speakers. Our snacks are of the highest quality.
Honor Society-Every other Thursday, 7:20 am, Cafeteria-Mrs. Jeremey Bedford
This is a service oriented club that meets on alternate Thursday mornings. They promote school and community service. Click here to find out more!
Horticulture-Mrs. Amy Mowery
Participants grow plants for their annual sales, and work on our gardens throughout campus.
Intramurals-Mr. Kristian Dahl
Intramural basketball will start in December with games on Monday nights.
Literary Magazine- Once a month – Ms. Barb Kalhor & Ms. Heather Matheson
Our Literary Magazine is created and published once each year and represents an outstanding collection of JHS student visual art, poetry and short stories.
Math Club- Wednesdays during lunch -Mrs. Margie Sussex
This is a great place to practice your problem solving and participate in various math competitions.
Model United Nations (MUN)- Mr. Paul Miller-meetings vary, check announcements
M.U.N. is committed to providing an atmosphere in which all participants can use information and skills to effectively represent their countries in civilized debate. If you’re interested in world affairs, this is your chance to join others with a similar interest.
Multicultural Club-3rd Wednesday of the month, 7:25 am, room 110 -Ms. Laurie Chesley
This is a very active club interested in understanding and promoting multiculturalism. In addition to club activities like pot luck dinners and slide shows from around the world, this group sponsors a talent show in the spring. We aspire to achieve unity by sponsoring events that promote respect, celebrate diversity, and educate about humankind.

This is an ecumenical club that is completely run by students.

Student Senate-various times/periods-Mrs. Ashleigh Hasslinger
This is our elected representative government for student activities. Representatives are chosen from each Homeroom and club. Meetings are held regularly to discuss student issues and monitor the spending of ASB funds.
Table Tennis-Ping Pong-Tuesdays, after school, Cafeteria, Mr. Tim Crowder
Tuesdays, during the fall and winter, from 2:30-3:30 in the Cafeteria. Everyone is welcome, from beginner to advanced. Stop by when you can for a great time.
World Language Clubs
Our French, Japanese, and Spanish clubs are quite active at JHS, creating cultural awareness festivities throughout the year.
