Eligibility for Enrollment

Welcome to Juanita High School. This is a list of documentation that you will need to provide in order to enroll your student:

1. Proof of residency (utility bill, closing papers, rental agreement, etc...)
2. Immunization record
3. Current Transcript
4. Withdrawal paper from your last school of attendance
5. Legal guardian documentation (if student is not residing with legal parent or guardian)
6. WASL scores (if currently 11th or 12th grade student)
7. If you do not live within Lake Washington School District or Juanita High School boundaries, 
   proper variance paperwork must be submitted and approved before a student may enroll.

We regret that we will not be able to enroll any student at Juanita High School until all the required documentation is provided to us. If you have questions about the enrollment process, please contact the Juanita High School Registrar, Sheila Nokes, at (425) 823-7610.
